Class Reflection:
1.There haven’t really been any connections with what I have learned in this class and other classes because this is my only “physical” class. I have learned things that I wasn't aware of before taking this course. Most of them include my habits and what I personally need to do different. One of those things was my calorie intake and food group intake for the day. With the two-day food tracker, I realized that I need to be eating more vegetables and decreasing my grain intake.
2.Before the class started, I had an idea of what to expect because I have taken classes like these online years ago. I did think there would be more due dates, assignments every week instead of 20 on one due date. My assumptions didn’t change much after the course started/ended because like I said earlier I knew kind of what to expect. Besides the due date knowledge, I was aware of what to expect. After everything I have done in this class I really want to start exercising regularly to be more healthy when I am older.
